Mission
Building Hope and Healing for Children in Need
It all began with a dream I had at the tender age of 11. During a family trip to Egypt, amidst the joy of Ramadan, I couldn’t help but notice the children in need. The streets were filled with celebration, as people generously donated food and offered shelter to those less fortunate. In that very moment, a deep conviction was born within me – a calling to do more than provide immediate relief. I wanted to give these children a real home, not just a meal.
I vividly remember a poignant incident when we sacrificed a sheep, intending to distribute its meat to those in need. A blind elderly man, selling matches to support his family, touched my heart. He offered me all his matches in gratitude for the meat we provided, but I declined, recognising that what he truly needed was support, not matches.
Upon returning to Australia, I confided in my mother, sharing my vision of someday having the means to build the best orphanage in town. My dream was to shelter and educate as many homeless children as possible, offering them experiences they had been missing – opportunities to express themselves through music, words, and language. My goal was to provide them with more than just basic necessities; I aimed to fill the voids of love, care, and support they so desperately required.
As I grew older and delved into the world of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), my mission evolved. I envisioned returning to Egypt, having secured the land and initiated construction, to educate teachers in NLP, language, child psychology, and trauma-informed care. Each child’s journey is unique, marked by different forms of trauma, including addiction, abuse, and feelings of unworthiness due to abandonment. We aim to equip teachers with the tools to support these children emotionally, mentally, and physically, guiding them towards healing and growth.
Our mission is to instil values of strength, discipline, self-worth, and the understanding that they are deserving of love and care. We aim to help them see that motherly love can come from various sources, not just biological parents. Our goal is to break the cycle of generational trauma and enhance their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Our hope is that they will emerge from this transformative journey as individuals ready to give back to society. We want them to become beacons of change, offering to others what they have received in their time of need. This, we believe, is the key to healing and nurturing the hearts of those who have felt rejected by society.
For me, this mission is personal. It’s about giving these children more than I had growing up, channelling my own pain and experiences into helping them find their own voices and become part of something bigger than themselves.
I’ve dedicated myself to continuous learning and growth, absorbing knowledge from books, lectures, and audibles, all with the aim of improving lives beyond my own. I want to be a role model for my children, inspiring them to continue this legacy. This mission has been my driving force since the age of 11, and it will remain so until my last breath.
Programs that Enable Children to Achieve Their Dreams
Our goal is to welcome children from infancy and provide them with a loving home until they reach the age of 18. We will also support older children through their university studies. Donors can choose to sponsor a specific child, gender, or age group, offering support for a set number of years or until they reach the age of 25, and even until they complete their degree. Our mission is to restore their fundamental human rights.
We believe in the power of this movement, not only to benefit the children who receive support but also to enrich the lives of those who contribute. We aim to gather as many sponsors as possible, each one treating these children as their own and never giving up on them.
